在不久前落幕的 One Show 中华创意节上，几位中国独立创意联盟 CIA 发起人与联盟成员共同完成了一次庄重的仪式。
One Show 大中华区首席代表/Innokids 创始人马超 & W 创始人李三水在舞台上念着属于中国独立创意联盟 CIA 的《独立宣言》，本宣言由李三水老师亲自撰写中文部分，英文部分则由马超先生担当翻译。（《重磅 | 中国独立创意联盟正式成立》）

中国独立创意联盟有四位联合发起人，分别是 W 创始人李三水、天&空创始人杨烨炘、F5 创始人范耀威、One Show 大中华区首席代表/Innokids 创始人马超。目前，首批联盟成员单位包括十五间独立创意公司：W 、天&空、F5 、有门互动、发记广告、Innokids 异开、The Nine、生米组成、意类广告、Logicillogic、LxU、TOPIC、广州之外创意、上海胜加广告、好卖广告。目前，CIA 也正通过申请和邀请制招募更多联盟成员。
